God I hate this guy. I hate people flying past on the shoulder, too, (breakdown lane, psshhh) but don't be a bigger jerk and risk an accident cuz you're the rule enforcer today.

Huh that's weird. All of cats I have had -that were absolutely not all white -have had that same exact disability.

Problem with "follow cop's orders" is that they sometimes kill you regardless. Makes it scary to get out, esp if you're black in the US.
