Gosh I would have to go back to my notes, but I do recall it being chocolate and raspberry flavored. Which didn’t need a lot of sweetness or added sweetness. The egg sub I think I ended with aquafaba which did ok. I think everyone’s cakes were more close to brownies.
My culinary art final was to make a wedding cake that was gluten free, sugar free, and egg-less. Honestly it was the hardest thing I have ever made and it was still shit. Valiant effort, the game was rigged from the start.
