I work in mental health. It's amazing how often this happens. It's an amazing achievement. But, it can also be seen as swapping one addiction to another (the swap, is so much better though and so much healthier physically and mentally).

I live around the corner from my grandparents old house. It's been completely restored and renovated. But I can still see the mark on the wall outside that I crashed my bike into it when I was a kid. Makes me smile
