I think just "swimdress" will get you close, there are quite a few options too. Some have shorts under the dress for a little more coverage & others have the basic brief or bikini but all in one. The only drawback to that is having to completely undress to potty. 😬

New Orleans gets such a bad reputation but it's one of my favorite cities. And agreed, the scenery here encapulates a completely different sort of beauty that absolutely should be appreciated & protected but...that leads to political bs that I'd rather not focus on today!
