I know people that could never afford healthcare. I know a guy who HAD it, but they refused to pay for his surgery and it ruined his career.
Sadly relying on private industry to provide affordable healthcare is impossible unless we heavily subsidize it, but then why not universal?

It sort of was actually. All sides of the war used Anti-Tank Grenades of various types. Germany and the US made good use of Anti-Tank RPG's.
