The 2 letter versions are the old ones, the Æ Ø and Å are the new additions to the alphabet.
To regular users, Ae, Oe and Aa come naturally, like Ph and Ps is just F and Z, why change something that works?
yes it is, but Aa is the same as Å for traditional reasons, just like Ph is F Ae is Æ for the same reason, and Oe becomes Ø.

the conductors just tell us it's a DC line, the insulators are the ones that hint at VERY high voltages.
Looks to me line there's a 3x2 insulator, and the safety line goes underneath the center one... If one falls, the other will follow.
Staying on the track is always optional, usually an option people opt in, on EA Railways it's a paid DLC.
both are paid by the public, one by choice, the other through taxes and elected officials.
