I lost 170 lbs and it went away... a whole lot of things got better.
Aside from the obvious benefit of not waking myself up from the not breathing thing, being able to cocoon myself in my blanket with my own air supply pumped in was the best back when I needed a CPAP... still glad I don't need one anymore, but sometimes I miss that one feature.

You got this @OP! I just hit 2 years. AA worked for me; got a sponsor who did the 12 steps and started that journey, myself. Give it a try.
Perhaps his son is not a toddler? Many beverages are served in bottles. Maybe he chugged a bottle of Barefoot Moscato and spewed?

In Maine the cost of a state ID is only $5; it's not free, but that's pretty close. Not sure how it is in other states, though.
What worked for me: Find someone who has thoroughly done the steps and continues to do 10, 11, & 12 on a daily basis, and ask them for help.
Just saying it showed the US as a country where an investigation was sparked and one example was provided; at least a little shit was done.
I'm confused by your conclusion; The US was one of the 82 countries highlighted and one image was specifically about what the US did.
