Yeah. This is why wire duct is standard in industrial panels. While this is an electrical panel (looks like a... breaker panel? I'm really only seeing a disconnect, a bunch of breakers, and a LOT of in-panel GFCI units...) I've built industrial control panels.
Also, it's fine and dandy they labeled components in the panel, but I don't see any wire labels. That's even WORSE than the zip ties for anyone who has to maintenance the panel later on...
It's a testament to how messed up the political climate and arbitrary voting "norms" are in the US; There are families that instill the concept of "never vote Blue" into their kids, rather than teaching those kids to look at what the history of who is on the ballet and making their own decisions.

I didn't originally know the other connected terms, just that "InCel" meant "involuntarily celibate," and when the topic ever so slightly came up with some online friends, I said "Hm? As an American, I will say that, yes, there is a LOT of stupidity happening over here that led to this, but there were also some factors that were involved in pushing this to that point, the biggest being people (correctly) not believing in the 2 Party System, as well as Trump stumbling into saying something that resonated with people making them think he was a slightly more trustworthy politician by accidentally admitting he abuses legal loopholes like others do as well... I hate it here...

Dude... if Congress cannot settle on a budget within 1 month of a government shutdown, without any vote it should default to a repeat of the past year's budget. Either that, or all Representatives and Senators suddenly have to start paying out of pocket, pooling together funds, for the paychecks of the essential federal workers. Something, ANYTHING, just to keep a government shutdown from being used as a way to keep people hostage or to be overly cruel.

While I do not condone outright murder like that, there is also something to be said about people seeing the repercussions of a breaking point due to the 'system;' People see they are not alone in this feeling, and it can in some ways help unify and enable people to demand change. Do I wish it was an act that DIDN'T kill someone? Yes. But all the same it did send a message. Frankly, the world needs both the sharp acts and the long tedious campaigns to make positive change.

I acknowledge that the current system is messed up, however, I also acknowledge that progress may need to be broken down into smaller stages, meaning voting in the messed up system to either make small progress or reduce the loss of progress is needed while we hopefully either fix the messed up system or work to implement a new and better system. What matters is looking at your options and opportunities to either make those small steps or minimize the damage. Aka those who didn't vote screwed us
