Nothing too drastic, just a thought to try and create the character, possibly 3D print.

Prusa Mk3, 8 pieces, pieces took 7-12 hours each depending on supports and whatnot.
Well for one, they aren’t corrupted by greed yet so that have that going for them.
Would you be willing to share the model?

2- solder so as it pass over the points that need soldering it heats up the uncoated metal prongs and solder pads and transfers the solder.
1- From the looks of it the board is coated in a material that helps prevents the transfer of solder and the silver nub is heated liquid

Based on what I can see, either you have auto support being generated or your slicer seriously fucked up. Try Simplify3d or Meshmixer.
