From what I've read online, (I don't live in Cali), you don't need to show residency. You can just go in and buy as long as you are 21+

Alcohol impairs people. Are you not going to hire people who like to have a drink or 2 after work or on the weekends?
Weed stays in your system for a bit (30 days?), but you don't stay high the entire time it's in there lol.
