I kept my brother in my life because of what someone like you sacrificed. I pray for the family of the donor every single time I hug him, call him, think about him. I am humbled beyond what I even have the capacity to understand. I ache for you, and hurt on behalf of your profound pain. I wish i could share the same sentiment with the family that made it possible to keep my brother. Please accept my deepest and heartfelt love while you navigate the worst situation a human can be in.
