I really want that as a patch
At my work second and third shift get paid more from shift premiums. Our bosses have specifically told us that those shifts aren't expected to do as much as first shift and aren't responsible for keeping machines running while they're at work. They are literally paid more to do less.
If you're a beginner, then you should be sticking to the fundamentals and not skipping straight to thumping. Every new bass player wants to immediately be Les Claypool without putting the necessary work in.
I mean, if you read his book, he definitely didn't care even before the money.
I think it's reasonable to say it is if both parties set it as an agreed boundary.
Seriously, this is the exact same. "Anyone who doesn't agree with me is the enemy" rhetoric that we claim to be above.
