YES. The dad who lost his daughter is in worse straits than the viewers discomfort at it. I won't lie, it wasn't a pretty sight.

And of course, if you see your baby that way even though it was extremely premature, it won't be creepy to you, hence the posting online.
Like someone else said, hospitals encourage it to help the grieving process. It's very common. The guy is probably 100% sound in the head.
