For one, these are made in countries that are not in OSHAs jurisdiction. For two, OSHA doesn't mandate any breaks, they do safety not labor rights. For three, you don't have kids do work like this, they get distracted and play with the plaster, they're better for manual labor in confined spaces.

I went to high school with a guy who would run into crosswalks because he thought it was funny that cars had to screech to a stop for him. He got hit by an 18 wheeler in front of dairy Queen at lunch one day, spent 3 months in a coma
