No because I gained strength. So while I am carrying more weight, I'm way stronger, so my body can go farther!
Don't give up! It's a hard journey but it's so worth it :)
-ate a lot of protein, I was able to build muscle mass instead of just fat :)
The best thing to do is figure out your TDEE and add 500 calories. So mine is 1800, so I ate 2300 calories. And because I worked out and-
I used the My Fitness Pal app and tracked my caloric intake. That along with weight training and protein powder, and I progressed quickly!
