My job makes me feel good about myself so that goes a long way ??
We’re allowed to just not start CPR if we think it would be detrimental to the patient or in your case... everyone else.

I completely agree! Much rather get inadvertently diverted to a real job over attending a nan down.
Scrubs was the reason I naively went into medicine thinking it would be like scrubs (it’s not) but now I’m a paramedic and I love it!

100% part of my issue is the financial mistakes I made in my twenties now sucking up most of my income.
A bit better but not any particularly circumstance changing amount..
I spend 12+ hours a day helping people in need and saving lives. It’s personally really rewarding just not so financially rewarding.
I literally cried with laughter... didn’t just force more air out my nose!
As a UK Prison Officer.... there is a legit problem with overcrowding not just in our sunny prison.
