Escalation guidelines and USG has auditing rights. Just like the DCMA with DoD contractors. (3/3...sorry tough to fit 140 characters)

Or checks and balance to keep prices down to fill that demand for employment you mention. Should be if colleges take fed money they have(2/3

Fair point-I agree. I’m not saying it is a conspiracy. What I am saying is they’ve been allowed to take taxpayer money without any risk (1/2

Ok, I’ll bite - what’s your reason why?

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Come on, you realize we are agreeing here, right?

USG with no risk to the school because they are not giving out the loan. The govt is effectively acting as a 3rd party who assumes the risk

Think about a simple loan, you need collateral to make it worth it for the loaner and to protect their investment. Money is coming from(1/2)

The schools

Guaranteed to pay out to the schools, regardless if the student fails out or can’t pay back and defaults. They still get their money-No risk

Bingo, they can raise tuition far faster than the rate of inflation to account for the change

Also, go test a weed or blade of grass 3-6 inches off your local road or highway. Bet it has higher traces of round up than Cheerios

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Im not saying it doesn’t get in food, im saying it isn’t sprayed directly on it. Generic round up doesn’t “pick n choose” what it kills.

the amount that state/local DPWs/DOTs that spray on the side of roads to kill poison ivy and weed encroachment

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

round-up is rarely used on actual crops because it’ll kill them too - more so on cover crops. People should be more concerned by (1/2)

CCD is more attributed to Neonicotinoids than glyphosate. Noe-Nics are nasty, there is a big push by farmers who have stopped using it

It’s super cool, not to mention most apple trees don’t have apple root systems. Look for the bulbous knot at the base, that’s the graft spot
