I can point to tons of male characters who are very provocative and sexual in video games. Why can't women do the same thing?

They wouldn't work as character's if they weren't realistic. There are definitely people in the world like these characters.
Ivy, Camilla and Bayonetta all use their sexuality to manipulate people. That's their character.

No it fucking isn't. Sexuality has almost no meaning in a game unless the story being told is about sexuality.
I don't know if you actually play video games, but the majority of the time they don't even preface whether or not a character is straight.
