I just double checked, and CenturyLink says they could give me 10Mb for $45, which just illustrates the choke hold Comcast has around here.

If that were the case, then they'd all dip. I ran Xfinity, Speedtest, Fast, Xfinity... in a loop like that, just to make sure.
And no, it's not congestion. I ran the tests several times. Each time, Xfinity and Speedtest reported high 90's, and Fast reported mid 60's.
I already addressed this in the first photo caption. I understand that "up to 150" doesn't mean "always" 150.
Note to self - Don't wash hair in Del Taco bathrooms. It turns white and spiky! JK =) Good job man, way to go!
