There should only be two or three wires. One is Hot. One is Neutral. One is ground but in older wirings it doesn’t exist. Disconnect old damaged receptacle and replace with new one. Center contact should be the hot one. You can verify using a continuity tester. Install receptacle. Install new bulb. Test.
Some comments are funny but it’s not safe. Get yourself a noise tester. Meaning l: it makes a noise if there’s a voltage. Turn of switch while noise tester is making a noise. Once the noise stops, you are sure that the voltage is off. Double check again just to make sure. Now take out that light receptacle using an insulated screw driver and pliers. Insulated, just in case. Use safety glasses just in case there are small pieces that might get into your eyes.
