I wanted to upvote but youre at 69 upvotes and I can't be the one to break that Im sorry
/ means that I don't think that a 13 year old is capable of making that decision with a sound mind and a full understanding of the consequences and I dont think parents should have the authority to make that decision either. If we do believe that a 13 year old is capable of making that decision, then why stop there? Let them vote, buy a gun, buy cigarettes and alcohol, get married, etc... I think if we started having more conversations and less yelling it would we might find more commonality

What I never hear is outrage over Barisma, insider trading within the senate, fraudulent payments from Ukraine, kickbacks from insurance and pharmaceutical donors, etc... these are issues that have serious legitimacy and fully embody the premise of the rich taking advantage of their position.

Yeah I cant really agree with this growing up in southern CA I've known a lot of skate and surf guys that weren't that good but kept doing it and now they get invited on surf and skate trips as photographers, designers, etc and get to skate and surf with pros. They're still living their dream believe me
