Engineering scales are in standard (inches) and they use 1:20, 1:25, 1:50, 1:75, 1:100 and 1:125. You just flip sides on its 6 edges.

Whenever you do brake pad work with that stuff you squirt water on the brake s to make it so the asbestos won’t harm you, it keeps it down.

I am no expert and know nothing, but it might be to reduce certain chemicals. This is similar to how you handle brake pad dust (asbestos).
