Bruh this was the easiest shit to make. Just took time to prep ingredients. I'm not a chef.

Simmer for 5 minutes, skim off white shit on top, simmer for 10 minutes, keep liquid trash solids
Oh and I made a lemon garlic drawn butter sauce, I microplaned 2 lemons 3 cloves garlic (use more lemon) and half a pound of butter.
Pierced. Double bagging with good quality bags is sufficient. Drew full vacuum on both bags and cooked at 140 for an hour.
