That said - lots of emails and a couple focus groups. Biggest concern is whether a toilet represents the full range of use of a restroom.
You'd be surprised how many meetings can be called just to keep doing things the way they've always been done... much less to change.

I work for a public institution. We went to a lot of effort to decide that a toilet image was the most inclusive symbol for a restroom.
