Further the food has to be shipped, the more the quality degrades due to it not being as fresh. It makes sense but I dunno if it's true 2/2

So the store I normally go to told me that their food is shipped from a location in Texas, regardless of location in the US, so the 1/2

BBQ is one of the biggest things here too, so you've got a 9/10 chance of stumbling across any good BBQ if you look around

I never understood the hype for Whataburger UNTIL I moved to Texas. It's a completely different experience here

OH! And if you're ever in the Frisco/Plano area, you HAVE to go to Hutchins BBQ

Honestly it's hard to go wrong here. Texans are sticklers for food quality and it shows!

Braum's, Big Tony's, and honestly any mom and pop shop will be 100% a great experience as long as you steer clear from stuff like McDonalds

Honestly, heat and rain aside, the food here makes EVERYTHING worth it

Me too! Just moved here from Arizona. Pretty big change considering how much it's rained here recently!

Of course there are much worse things, but keep in mind that the perception of society is relative to each individual's own environment

Police are trained and have the means to handle the situation. Civilians typically don't. 3/3

hero. Shooting at a 500m+ target with a CCW will only make you a target while making you look like a dumbass at the same time. 2/?

They don't relate. As a civilian, find cover, and call the authorities. That's it. DO NOT attempt to shoot back, do NOT attempt to be a 1/?

I can't say personally, as I don't have an opinion. But the 2A does give the undeniable right to bear arms, regardless of interpretation

"This country" was created by utilizing a guerrilla army in the revolutionary war. Asym wars are just wars of attrition, nothing else.

it out long enough to not be worth the money. 2/2

A large majority of the time, I'd say that's the entire goal of guerrilla tactics. Nobody expects to beat a professional army, just draw 1/2

What's that? Bad weather? Shame. Guess the drones can't deploy today.

Basically every asymmetric war ever would like to have a word with you.
