There are many great things in this world. Popcorn is one of them. Also: BBQ, hockey, books, movies, apple cider, and crisp, cool weather. The best part is, you can enjoy all of those in one day.
This is what the smile on my face meant.

Yeah, this isn't accurate at all. "US English" has more to do with how words are spelled, not spoken. Anyone who speaks US English or British English can understand each other. English as a language is spoken by around 20% of the world's population, and it is the undisputed international language of business. Lastly, the language one speaks is largely immaterial to the attitudes of the speaker. "Own the world"? Most English speakers are of modest means.
That's because she's hiked it up on purpose to make it appear shorter than it is. You can see the folds. If people want to wear a short dress, buy or make a short dress. This just looks sloppy and ill-fitting.
Hard agree. Saw Ares in IMAX. Watched it again at home tonight. Thoroughly enjoyed it both times. I appreciate that they didn't just continue the storyline from Legacy, and instead took a concept from Legacy (machines wanting to enter the real world) and expanding on it first, and then planting seeds to do a continuation of Legacy later. But now there's a broader cast of characters, and Sark 2.0 was teased in the stinger.
I once heard Joe Rogan described as "a dumb man's idea of a smart man" and every time I see a story about Joe Rogan, that tracks.
Why would I use that site when I can just say whatever I want and have my kids tell me how wrong I am?
Agreed. As a beekeeper myself, the amount of gear I wear varies depending on the situation. But it's dangerous to make it appear to non-beekeepers that it's OK to work with bees without PPE, because that just encourages people to be reckless. Like motorcyclists without helmets.

#3 See, those moves look flashy, but they make you incredibly vulnerable to being disarmed, and aren't practical in actual combat. Source: I watched the entire Highlander TV series. Twice.
In another life I worked as a music journalist and had the opportunity to interview Curt. He was one of the most delightful musicians I ever met. Super chill. Not a trace of arrogance. A genuine human being. In an industry that has always been propped up by ego and optics, it was refreshing to encounter someone so real. Big fan of TFF and his solo work.
As someone who has been on a low carb diet for 3 weeks... dayum.
Lee InHyuk is such a talented artist. He's done some Spider-Man covers that are just #chefskiss
I misread that as "minibar fleet" and was wondering if this was some sort of hotel-themed scifi show.
I'd appreciate your input.

I love all the pedantic comments abut the scuba acronym. Like, this is a genuinely good idea, and these people are, "Excuse me, um, actually, if I may, not to correct you, but..."
