Those areas are really tough to reach on foot. The people filming are basically "rangers" who know what they are doing and have permission to be there. Also, Etna's eruption are *mild* in the world of volcanos. Not really explosive, and slow.
I've never understood the absolutes. "This is bad, never eat it". Doesn't make sense. Everything is either good or bad depending on the situation, the quantity, the age of who's eating, etc...Always be skeptical of people who talk in extremes, superlatives and absolutes, because reality is more nuanced and complicated than that.

The whole point of a hammock is that it arches. That way it evenly supports your back, that isn't flat. This doesn't look that comfortable..
