I thought the definition remained the same? Transwomen are not biological men, so other standards should apply to them, like not being allowed to participate in the women's category, which had been the standard for decades, even leading to the creation of special trans-divisions within sport. Last time I checked the addendum to the law does not prevent transwomen/men from having their gender changed in their legal documents.
