You’re not alone my friend, I fight myself in the shower every morning, tell myself I’m not drinking today and 9 out of 10 times end up back up at the register after work, I’m aware of the issue but constantly come up with some reason, makes me feel like shit about my own will power. I wish you the best of luck, and if it helps I know that when I have managed to stop drinking, I feel incredible; physically, mentally and emotionally, usually takes a week or two but something to look forward too🫡
Yeah I never get the need, I have pet geese these days and people that clearly have never raised or slaughtered animals will make comments like this when I mention them and I grew up on a farm, I’ve lived it and killing something you’ve raised is not easy, it’s part of life but no need to be so rude about a creature someone clearly cares for, I usually bite my lip but man does it irk me something fierce.
