Lone Wolf is such a good mode. Gives a phenomenal amount of power to each character. If you don’t understand the rpg system, it makes it harder to screw up. If you do, it gives a ton of choice in dips without losing core functionality and lets you get just crazy powerful.
No please, I can only be so addicted at once
The purpose of hard drives is the complete elimination of screws from your production line
At a certain point, I’d contact my bank and tell them that charge is fraud.
Fair, but that’s also the scene I was thinking of. Trying to close the door goes on much longer in the VN, you really feel Keiichi’s desperation since it feels like there really is no escape as the door just refuses to shut. Her standing outside after nearly stopped my heart in the VN. On the flip side, that level of intensity also meant I sometimes had to just close the VN and walk away for a few days, could be to much for some people.
Having experienced it both ways, which you’d prefer depends on your tastes. The anime moves much quicker, which means you spend less time in slice of life segments, but you also blaze through moments of high tension with no opportunity for dread to set in. The VN also doesn’t show much gore, only describing it and letting your imagination fill in the bloody gaps. I think the VN is better, but that’s not going to be a universal opinion
I’m 90% sure BG3 is doing it deliberately as homage to the trend in tabletop. It applies to every single character
SCP 118 suggests it’s even worse. The plankton already have working nuclear explosives
Mario 64 has some very unintuitive ways of calculating where walls, or rather, ceilings, are that results in lots of invisible walls where they shouldn’t be. The video fully covers every incident of it occurring across the whole game, with diagrams explaining how the collision works
The danger with hurricanes is the storm surge. If you’re not in a coastal area, it’s basically a monster thunderstorm. Not safe, and could easily wreck your car or windows, but less likely to take your house down.
For a Highschool creative writing assignment, I got in trouble for copying “The Most Dangerous Game”. I’d never heard of the story at the time, I was just an edgy teenager who thought the idea of hunting humans would make an interesting story.
We come back to DC editorial mandate. Batman needs someone to fight. If he killed the Joker, there’d just be a new villain instead of Joker breaking out. Killing villains can’t improve Gotham for the same reason the charity work can’t. It would just remove fun villains from the story.
I’m just imagining the kind of chirping noise the Predator makes.
#4 amazing, the clouds didn’t move all year either
If a human made it, the marks on each key would likely be letters, or consistent rivets. But each one is its own different but meaningless squiggle, which typically marks AI. Image generators tend to struggle with recognizing text, and make stuff shaped like letters but aren’t.
The foil to an evil comedian isn’t a straight man, it’s a heckler
Gummy bears made great practice for me since they were very forgiving on squeezing without slipping and flying off
Medb didn’t get her class for her chariot
I find the censorship being listed as a kink kind of funny. Not in a kink shame way, just “fetishes: identity death, mental distress, and censorship” is a funny list
The Amazing Digital Circus. Indie animation that had its pilot episode released a couple weeks ago. It’s on YouTube, pretty good. Would watch a whole season
I thought it was a model of a big fish, does that count?
Americans usually use brown gravy for most things as well. This is a variant that uses milk as the gravy liquid, so it comes out whitish
Ovens get that hot? Assuming the pie cooked at 350F, that’s 660 degrees if you cook it at 350C instead. My oven caps at 450F
Looks like Mario Maker, so I’d guess “legit” in that the video creator built the level with general movements preplanned and placed fire spinners to cut off any other paths. Still impressive, just not quite as much as someone having to plot a safe route from scratch
You’d need to make an extra circle to start, but then it’s a dumpling on the upswing, and a dough circle on the downswing. 1 to 1 ratio
