Per capita can also be misleading! Comparing a small country like Belgium to the entire USA doesn’t make sense. Compare it to NY state 1/
We’re counting each suspect case, confirmed or not. The excess mortality numbers suggest this is an accurate way of counting corona victims

The price should be in euro since Finland switched in 1999, so it’s 2366 USD. Also in European countries the tax is usually already included
