Comparing the UK to the EU just shows some of its members are worse off The EU isn’t a country in itself. different approaches were used /3

That the eu isnt necessarily to blame I highlighted five countries but if you look at the full list you’ll see there are others ahead too 2/

The initial comment stated that the EU fucked up the vaccinations compared to the UK That several eu countries are ahead indicates 1/

A very generic table of contents (something like: introduction-main topic-conclusion) i’m sure the 12 mins was the actual effort she put in

I always take into account the actual content and the number of pages as well of course. The student with 12 minutes only submitted 1/2

I check it sometimes to see how much time my students spent writing the first draft for their bachelor’s thesis. Least effort was 12 mins

According to urban dictionary it’s a person who always showers after shitting. I suppose this person means they wear socks in sandals though

"n'importe quoi" implies doing something ridiculous and "n'importe qui" implies no one important. 2/

It’s a bit hard to translate. Wiki has it as "It is by doing whatever that we become whoever". But it is meant in a satirical way 1/

Sad to read that some of her previous work was destroyed by the authorities for criticising government! Hope this one will stay!

Cost of not dying is a lot lower though

As someone with flag-toes-intolerance this really helps me plan out any future road trips in the US

It’s how kids in Belgium fish for shrimps. When the wooden bar touches them, they jump right into the net. Mostly catch and release

Alligator, sorry

Holy **** I was expecting the Spanish Inquisition or something, not an actual crocodile eating a turtle. Does the shell get digested?

I’m pretty sure it’s a jigglypuff seen from above

Which is still bigger in size and population and you’ll get a different ranking. Also when countries use different methods of counting 2/

Per capita can also be misleading! Comparing a small country like Belgium to the entire USA doesn’t make sense. Compare it to NY state 1/

We’re counting each suspect case, confirmed or not. The excess mortality numbers suggest this is an accurate way of counting corona victims

Sorry my previous comment is a bit wrong, virtually the euro was introduced in 1999 but physically it wasn’t officially used until 2002

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You’re right, sorry! The euro was virtually introduced as a legal currency in 1999, but it wasn’t until 2002 that the physical euro was used

The price should be in euro since Finland switched in 1999, so it’s 2366 USD. Also in European countries the tax is usually already included
