I would very much dispute this. Just this I heard of a court giving a rapist joint custody, and so many other stories of women being asked
And there are considerably more women who have been raped, and their rapist never experiences any kind of consequences, which is quite scary
that they 'let' themselves be coerced into it, that's a problem, because the perpetrator did the wrong thing
