It is not. Research things before you make any conclusions, in just two years time, ,21.6 mil to Somalia, 16,7 mil to Etiopia, 18,5 mil to Afganistan and 1.5 billion to Ukraine. And that is not even all. So don't think all the money we have the country spends only on itself. And all the shit about Finland being happiest country in the world is just statistics from like welfare, education and very very low levels of homeless people for example. Truth is something else.
