i was expecting Free Bird but this is a terrific choice
Could be an amount instead of a location. Like half a normal order of olives but still spread evenly over the whole pie.

Striking doesn't always mean not working. Bus drivers during the civil rights movement would often not collect fares, enabling people to continue traveling but cutting directly into the company's bottom line. I'd have no problem providing services and medications while conveniently forgetting to mark them as "given". I'll just leave notes in the chart and force the billing department to sift through everything. People who should also be on strike, slowing everything else down with it.
