This is a public profile and I should write something about myself.
I'm unclear on how to grow souls. I need to do so for my necromancy practice but it's just so hard. Explain?

The F-35 carrying them just makes sense. ARM launch from stealth is probably one of the best applications of the technology, very effective.
But the reason you're not going to find much newer than the EF-18G is because the truth is we use submarines and cruisers for it not planes.
Aircraft with long range ARMs are usually dedicated SEAD and can fire from hundreds of miles away without a lock. The EF-18G would be one.
Any aircraft with weaponry is capable of performing SEAD. You're looking specifically for aircraft able to fire Anti-Radiation Missiles.
