Many of us are aware and alarmed. Personally I think the false argument that scientists can't be trusted because they are "insert your misunderstanding here" is catching on so easily because we have slowly been eroding away education and it is easier to be distracted by loud misinformation than quiet and calm information. Secondly I still don't forget my 'christian' college friends who argued that studying chemistry conflicts with being a Christian. Many years later I still hear this
CPTSD here and yeah finding a therapist that can be patient with you is a challenge. :) but I'm good 95% of the time

So many industries do this. I see it first hand. Then they make the visa holders work 7 days a week and create a fear culture to keep everyone in line.
