Heya, check out my website, I made it myself, host it myself, and all that fun cool stuff https://www.outerhaven.su/shaina/

So, imgur has bad reading comprehension.

Please do yourself a favor, read about how this exact thing has happened before.

Yeah, it's sad, and it's what I've highlighted right here. People don't read past the first sentence, or the headline.

Even with 500 characters, it's too hard for them to read just a little bit. It's fucking sad how shit this country has gotten.

Like I understand how inflammatory what I said is, and it's supposed to be, its supposed to get people riled up about how we're seeing THAT play out HERE, in real time. This country has gone full Nazi.

Who the hell down voted you lol, you're perfectly right. I guess I pissed someone off hard enough they're down voting everything lol

4 weeks ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 7

No it's not. But it highlights the issue of people jumping the gun and only reading the first sentence and assuming the rest.

I really don't care how mad people get, since it shows that they choose not to read, and can't understand context.

But thank you for actually reading into things. It's just a shame how you and a few others are in the minority here. But it shows a little bit about how we ended up where we are now, people ignoring things, not reading into things.

Dude lmfao you really didn't read what I linked. You're the problem.

You don't understand that what I linked is about this exact problem we're seeing now, we're seeing Nazis yanking people from universities. Using the same language that the Nazis did. The whole phrase of 'we must purge Jewish science from Germany' is a direct quote, we're seeing Nazi shit playing out in real time.

Because you can't inform yourself, choose not to inform yourself, you're part of the people WHO LET THIS HAPPEN.

Yeah the US is going through hard brain drain, has been for the last 10 or 15 years. But it's really fucking bad now. We're seeing dissitence disappeared, undesirables disappeared. We're not at the beginning anymore. We're deep in the throws of it.

I like actually stoking people up with inflammatory shit. But in reality, yeah this should piss you off more than what I said. It's the exact same shit that happened in the 30s in Germany. Seeing Jewish scholars yank from universities and disappeared.

Like if you're mad cause you don't understand what I'm saying, lol ok stay mad.

If you're mad about what's going on? How we're repeating the past, good, we should be fuckin' mad.

I mean that's a fair point, it's kinda ignoring/trivializing the problem. You need to escape, but can't, so how do you escape? I mean at some point you either have to say lol I die now, or just fucking run. The longer you wait the harder it is.

I mean it read more of a soft 'the jews saw themselves out' rather than they were fucking yanked from universities like what's going on here

4 weeks ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 10

More stuff to read into, ya know, the purge of Jewish scientists from Germany.

Kansas is a miserable shithole anyway. They're better off in a less shithole state. That whole part of the country just sucks in general. I've been there, and can say from personal experience, these places are just miserable hellholes.

Though I'm torn on the worst of the worst lol. Indiana keeps popping up in my mind. But I know there's worse.

I mean, they did shoot at the Cubans first. It's highly probable that they were drug runners.

Ehhh, there is an issue with sexuality. Like, it's weird. There's a reason why there are gendered rail cars.

Also my paper isn't bashing AI either, it just is saying we're using it wrong, and that we need a legal structure and regulations that gives AI real purpose, that isn't wasteful, and actually does good work. Which it's perfectly capable of. It can do the menial bullshit that we shouldn't/don't actually need to do. I had claude help me find sources for my paper which is no different than crawling google or research gate. It finds exactly what I need based on context, not keywords.

I'm currently writing a paper about the inaccuracy of AI in forensics, both criminal forensics, as well as malware forensics, the legality of it (or well, lack of legal structure at all). AI is horrifically inaccurate, and has the same biases as humans, makes the same mistakes as humans, racial bias and all. All because the training data, is based off of human cases.

But we insist that AI must be in everything.

Here's the sensor of my R8, it's absolutely massive. They get bigger, but yeah. These things capture tons of light, and can capture tons of detail. A lot of phones now rely on AI doing edge detection and refinement, as well as light balancing, and funny trickery to clean an image. They do very well all things considered. But, again there's a lot more to be said about big old lenses and sensors. There's a ton more fine control too.

I had a Hauwei Nexus 6P, that thing was awesome. But yeah the cameras on phones are like I said, good for general photography. I have an Xperia 1V which is marketed as a camera first. I also got a Pixel 10 Pro, and the Pixels have always had good cameras as far as phones go. In night/dim light they do best in my opinion.

But again, the sensors on them are insanely small, they'll never be able to capture as clear an image or as much light as an SLR/Mirrorless. Imgur's not letting me upload it ..

My requirements for low fstop are two fold, one I love shallow depth of field, and great bokeh blur, but two these lenses are excellent in low light. You can make a lot of stuff work that otherwise wouldn't. Prime lenses are also always going to be more sharp because the elements are fixed in place and can't come out of alignment, so they stay clear. Where zoom lenses can deviate a little bit. But they're harder to work with. All depends on what you want to shoot!

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Well, it depends on what'cha wanna shoot. I think my first lens was my Rokinon 14mm ultra wide for doing massive landscape shots and close in pics of cars. Then I got my 85mm f1.4, this is amazing for a bunch of art style stuff, and portraits. My 24-70 is a good general purpose high quality lens, I recently got a 100-400mm telephoto, and a 35mm anamorphic lens for video. But the anamorphic also takes really cool ultrawide stills.

All but 2 of my lenses are prime for that low fstop. Just depends

Mine taught me soooo much! It was a great introduction, and I really got into it, and taught myself a ton! I still look back at some of my earliest photos, and kick myself for not shooting them in raw. They could so easily be touched up if they were raw format. Like, their composure is great, subjects are interesting, and such. Buuut the T3 is horrible at color management. Still, a great camera to learn on!
