We just purchased a speed queen washer and dryer a couple weeks ago. Pricey yes but no fancy boards or smart wifi connections or AI assisted bullshit. Just a built to last machine. Loving them so far

Back then, if you needed to use a payphone and didn't have any spare change, you just had to dial 1800-callatt then the number you wanted to dial and the line would go through.

I had a cool mailman back in the day that accidently dropped off a game informer magazine which i never ordered. Told him how gratefull i was since I couldn't afford a system. He then proceeded to drop off every new monthly issue after that for 3 years till he retired. I will forever be grateful
They fit perfectly in my JNCO jeans too. And then you had to have atleast a small CD case with you for variety instead of carrying around the 3 pound Binder.
