Oh don't get me wrong, I've made those crazy recipies, and the cheap ones. They're both awesome. I watch lots of YT chefs, and enjoy the simple and the extravagent. I mean in all honesty, the best of the best is still "You Suck at Cooking". Although I really enjoy Lagerstrum's weeknight series stuff. And Chebowski's scientific take on things.
