The internet is a great resource. YouTube/Drawabox is good. Or buy a book (Loomis, Betty Edwards). Draw from life (people, trees, etc.)!

I've got them. You have to wear them every night or your eyes will revert back quickly. Uncomfortable at first, but you get used to it.
I've never had normal contacts, but I have these. You can feel them every time you blink, but you get used to it.

black outlines everywhere. And learn how colors affect each other. Just practice a lot and get experience, develop a style. Keep going!

You should study anatomy, try looking for some books (like loomis). Keep drawing muscles until you memorize them, remember where bones 1/

In defense of One Piece: The anime is way too slow, but the manga is really fantastic and much better paced.
