The NY 3rd and 4th are vulnerable to Nazi candidates. Removing those reps will have to be handled carefully or elderly racist 'I got mine' rich Long Islanders will flood the polls for the next George Santos. This is not a disagreement, it just needs to be done right or it'll be worse.

This guy was hit by a car a few months ago in a similar event. Last time he stuck his arm into a private vehicle to unlock the door and drag someone out and the driver drove off. Here, he put himself in front of the car to keep them from pulling away. He drew his gun BECAUSE she reversed, giving her room to get around him. His intention was escalation. He wanted to disappear or murder those people. Because they weren't afraid of him.
If you think the populace of the US is anywhere near where it needs to be to do what it needs to do to end this you're dreaming. This is going to get so much worse before the flash point, and what happens after that will not be swift or pretty

Imgur mods are apparently banning people for posting anti nazi stuff while not banning people for posting Nazi stuff. Also they run ads for right wing extremists abroad and ICE recruitment ads in the US

I remember feeling really weird that The Mummy was like, my favorite movie when I was in Jr High/HS instead of something normal like I dunno, Clueless? Scream? She's All 10 Things I Hate About What You Did Last Summer? And the last few years the entire internet is like 'wait, no, you too?' and I'm absolutely here for people growing up and being able to admit we all loved this ridiculous movie.

I think you're confused. A federal law that says a book cannot be purchased is a ban, but that's not the only kind of ban that exists.. A book can be banned by anyone on any level. For example, when I was a kid, In The Time of the Butterflies was banned in my school district. Teachers weren't allowed to assign it, the library wasn't allowed to carry it & students weren't allowed to have a copy in school or cite it in any assignments. It doesn't mean the book is unavailable in any way anywhere
