It is the absolute last resort where I feel I have to exist my customer service persona and just stand up for myself as a person. (2)

I think the chef meant it was popular in French Bistros and not the the cheese is a french cheese.
I was discreet at first, but within a few hours half had found it anyways and the other half kept asking. So I gave up.

Eh. Looking through the guy's profile it seems all he does is harp on businesses. It may have been the only response for that situation.
They did say that...it seems they said multiple times. They also did not accept responsibility of something that was not true.
