Not self diagnosed buddy. Medically diagnosed.
A lot of people are discovering they have adhd because of Covid, because they don’t have the structure of a work place to keep them focused
e.g I take Ritalin, I can’t take a full 20mg dose cause it’s spikes my anxiety, I take only 15mg and clonidine which is non stim med to help
Sadly some adhd people don’t benefit from the meds due to side effects or other reasons but generally they are pretty helpful
There are a range of stimulants and non stimulants to help people with adhd, it’s all about trial & error with these meds and dosage
Yes, ADHD meds can help people with ADHD but a lot of docs suggest therapy with it to develop good coping mechanics.
Those are common and big symptoms of ADHD.
Remember, the meds is a trial & error thing — if the first meds doesn’t help, don’t give up! Try the other ones, different dosages.
:D
- but for now, sloppy wet bear hug, squish his innards!
I think it’s because we know he is safe, is it dangerous as fuck? Yes yes it is and shouldn’t be done and hopefully won’t happen again -
For all we know, this person might be in on it or it’s a revenge war!
I’m a very emotional person but when I’m angry, logic takes over and I tend be a schemin lil bastard, I will take you down with this ship!
I would go hug the person who pushed me in, get them wet too! Mwahahah
Damn that sucks! I know a few people who have had to fight for their diagnosis depending on the country they are in due to the stigma
Which is funny because ADHD is actually under diagnosed, especially in women
- his diagnosis and help despite being diagnosed as a child, they didn’t recognise it as a valid reason.
- but also keep in mind that in some countries, getting a diagnosis or help can be incredibly hard, I have a friend who had to fight for -
I would like to think that most people would suggest someone who feels like they have one of these things to seek help from a doctor -
Oh damn! That sucks and quite a side effect
-Comorbidities, for me I have depression and I’m dyslexic, some people have adhd and Autism..
- came to the conclusion that my anxiety was adhd related and not generalised anxiety disorder, but keep in mind that adhd can also have -
And to answer your question, I found out after I started meds and therapy, suddenly I was less anxious (like greatly so) and my doc and I -

Funny you should ask that! Because the person who drew this comic, drew and anxiety version! Let me find it for you!
-So it might be another disorder
Yes people can feel like this but adhd is more about severity and frequency that someone will feel like this, also some symptoms overlap -
How to adhd is a great YouTuber!
