I agree that not everyone feels it, but I don't agree that it's not normal. People who feel that way should indeed seek help because they're responsible for a life, but it's the same as any other untested experience - you have no way of knowing how you're going to feel beforehand, and it's normal to have misgivings or regret when it's not what you thought it would be

It only asks how people can be queer if they're in a heterosexual relationship with a kid, when on the outside, this is how a lot of queer relationships can look. I can confirm that acknowledging things out loud does help (or did for me at least). I've only recently (28) started saying things like "yeah I'm needy" or "yeah I can't pay attention to podcasts, I need a visual element" etc and they helped me feel more like me.
I tried that. They started making me clock in and out for bathroom breaks so they could track how long I was in there for
