Yeah, sadly I have noticed the FPS drops on TV mode. It sucks, but i bought it to be handheld, and i've noticed no problems with it.
Get a Switch. It's absolutely amazing. Typing this while playing Zelda on the handheld on the train. It has no FPS drops or anything.

Why would it be glitched? Max light is 386 now

Definitely Upgrade. I got the Generations 3DSXL Bundle, and it's so worth it, CL is just so much better
