I've done quite a lot starting from trying different pastes and then capping the clock to 4ghz. But I saw other users also having similar temps so stopped worrying about it. It's a legion 5 and I don't think it's a bad laptop. It's been going good for 2.years for now.
I tried everything to keep it low but also saw other users having similar issues. So I stopped worrying about it. Been running for 2 years now.
My laptop runs at 100c while gaming. 5800h. It's max temp is 105. apparently 100c is fine
