Actually yes they did say it's all Bush fault and then they said it's all Reagan's fault. So selecting both as true would contradict that. Go to a court and say It's all x fault and its all y fault and see how long it would take for the lawyers to rip that apart.

If you say both are responsible for all that would be no issue, but saying this one individual x is responsible for ALL and then saying that y is also responsible for ALL would contradict your previous statement.

So me giving you examples of what you asked for, more than what you asked for to prove it wasn't just a one and done deal, is derailing the issue? That is an interesting response but a poor argument. And once again an example of how people refuse to even listen let alone think about what was being said because the other party so happens to have opinions that do not align. This just proves the point I was making.

Decriminalisation of drugs, wealth redistribution, universal healthcare . All things he has voiced his support in. I'm not saying I agree with everything but at least I can say i listened with an open mind to what was said before i disagreed unlike most who simply hear the name and go into ignore mode. I also happen to agree that in order to have any meaningful debate you need to be able to ask questions that could potentially offend people.

I said he's right on a lot of things, not everything. And yes, 9gag is every bit you claim it is. And imo imgur is every bit they claim imgur is. So basically what this round of shenanigans did is underline what I said earlier. No one talks to anyone with a different opinion anymore, they just shout at each other.

Imo it's a serious issue. Democrats and Republicans act like the opposite side is the devil incarnate. No room for debate, just name calling and playing the blame game. The usa looks like the population is at the brink of civil war. Welcome to 2024. And then there's Europe being useless once again... Did I say welcome to 2024 yet?

Yes he is right on a lot of things but those things are all subjects that imgurians hate so these subjects are demonized no matter how sound the logic behind them is. It's actually funny because i also spend time browsing 9gag and the opinion there is the complete opposite of here on imgur. It shows that people have become incapable of accepting different opinions. A sad state of affairs tbh. Left and Right need to be smacked in the face hard these days to make them remember there's a Centre.

That is once again your personal opinion and not a fact. I'm not trying to convince you you're wrong. I'm saying I personally thought it was a good joke. If you disagree then fine, so be it. But trying to sell your opinion as the only morally correct one? Nope. Your fun isn't better than my fun. There's always someone to disagree with something.

That's your personal opinion and not a fact. My personal opinion about it was that it was a good joke.

I prefer the prequels to the sequels. At least the prequels had some original thought put into them instead of that god awful plot that was the sequels. And that's not even mentioning the characters in the sequels, it actually made jar jar look passable. Disney really ruined that for not just the fans but everyone.

Can't argue with that. Well done.

I'd never get my news from fox but if asked between fox news and imgur comments I'd pick out my eyes and live in the land of the blind as that is still better than either other option.

Ah yes, the experts are once again sharing their wordly views and opinions here. At this point I believe one could get more accurate info on fox news then here.

Your 2nd die hard Christmas story book, duh!

He could always voice his opinion on imgur. Lots of experts on the middle east here.
Or he could tell... Oh wait, no no no. I'm not going to suggest THAT. That would be way too radical.

I came here hoping to see this comment about hoping to see this. Also not disappointed.

It's longer for the other guy/girl. Also I noticed that everyone in the usa is obsessed with abbreviating everything. Even before the text message/chat era. And that behavior is very often copied by others that learn English. Just a personal observation so no, I don't have data to support it.

My first guess would be it's shorter and everyone's a lazy bugger.

Articles that only show one side of the argument. Any right sided articles are conveniently downvoted and bullied into oblivion. I'm no fan of fox news but yes, in a way imgur is just as bad as them.

Bard: What do you mean "Sometimes"?

Best part is when she suggested Farscape. I'm not changing my mind on this!

Ok, this misconceptions needs to die. Xray do not see through just clothes, they see through skin, flesh, muscle, fat... In fact, they see through most stuff in out bodies. What they see are bones. So having xray vision means you can see a walking skeleton, not titties and dicks. As a matter of fact, I do not think x-ray can even detect breast implants.

In that case you can all go belgium yourself. 42 times, with a towel.

The other way around I'd say you have a point. The way you defined it... I'm going to press x for doubt.

Safety and legal reasons most likely. Although I wouldn't mind hearing an expert's thoughts on this as I am speculating.

They're technically right. The best kind of right. Now, I usually claim the opposite that being technically right is in most cases the worst kind of right because it ignores the essence of what is being discussed and focuses on a non related subject to prove their point. But in this case being technically right is not only correct it is also the worst way of phrasing it. A pure win win situation for logic and bad taste. Perfection squared!
