It only failed when I thought "Oh I'm doing alright, I can deviate from my plan" then before you know it, I've stalled for like 6 months.
Awesome! I went 269 to 175 from 2013 to 2018. Tried like 6 diets/routine , they all worked because of my deliberate focus doing it every day

me too. Spent $600 on thyroid blood work, with insurance. Used to have a HDHP, that cost me very little every month and an HSA 1/2
