It would be similar if we keep it freestanding but to add a breezeway& all that it costs a little more. an addition is more beneficial 2 us

We aren’t building a new one we wanted to save it but it would cost more than adding a second bedroom to the house. we need another bedroom
The foundation is totally rotten. it would cost more to fix it than add a 2nd bedroom onto the house. we need another bedroom
there is plywood under the shingles. then like 2x4s
like they would take it apart even??
yeah I am wondering most about getting the roof off. i’ve seen a lot of videos online of people pulling it over then sawing roof into chunks

you are exactly spot on! i pulled up another tile and clear as day it was stamped "James Hardie Backerboard" thank you!!!
