Somebody in my family texts regularly using these in place of periods. It causes all kinds of weird tonal shifts and disjointed meanings.

This is what we're testing out in real time. Eventually it'll all be at the top and the money can only go down at that point.
1- gut govt program funding. 2- complain govt program is bad. 3- claim private sector would do better. 4- repeat.
It's actually a decent first step towards recognizing their situation.
